I’ve decided to revisit my first novel and take the advice of an editing company I used three years ago. Ramp up the tension and develop the characters was the gist of it. Would you believe it has taken me an hour to find the manuscript on my laptop? So many incarnations has it had. Technology not being my strong point, I failed to delete it or place it in a folder with all the earlier versions I have worked on. Now I think and hope I have identified the latest edition.

I resolve to work on it everyday for at least two hours and will try to rekindle the excitement I felt when writing the novel long before I began ‘No Small Thing’ ( which incidentally has had several titles itself.)
