Another frustrating afternoon trying and failing to restore a way into my emails. Much resetting of passwords and updating of security info and I am no further forward. My instinct is to turn everything off and hope that after a good sleep the machines will get out of bed on the right side this time.

Achieved some ruthless cutting and rewriting of ‘Frame By Frame’ which feels good. At least the afternoon is not a total disaster.
